Virgin Blue, the branch of Virgin Airlines that serves Australia, had disruptions to its booking and self-check-in kiosk operations last week, but reported its system has been restored, according to news.com.au, a branch of News Limited.
At least 16 flights were cancelled last week after a glitch caused the airline's Web and kiosk check-in services to be suspended and Virgin Blue staff to process check-ins by hand.
