Orco Bank launches customer service kiosk in Curaçao

Orco Bank announced the launch of Curaçao's first customer service kiosk, located at their Landhuis Cerrito branch, according to a Curaçao Chronicle report. The kiosk aims to provide increased convenience and streamlined banking transactions for customers.
The kiosk offers a variety of self-service options, including requesting overdrafts, replacing credit cards, updating contact details, submitting travel notices and initiating account transfers and bill payments. Customers can also request interest rate letters and opt for paperless statements delivered via email.
"The launch of the kiosk signifies a step towards increased convenience and accessibility for our customers," Abigail Paula, head of retail at Orco Bank, told the news outlet.
