Cloud solutions provider of inmate management network systems Lattice Incorporated has signed a contract with Pawhuska, Oklahoma, Osage County Jail to install its Integrated Corrections Operating Network platform.
ICON offers facility management and accounting services as well as telephone calls, voicemail, video visitation, email, text message and social media in an integrated package. The platform is designed to enable efficient management of prison processes including telephone calls, commissary purchases, incident reporting, biometrics and POS kiosks, the company said in a press release. ICON provides automated payment processing, billing and accounting features designed to reduce overhead costs for corrections facilities.
The 186-bed facility is expected to deploy Lattice's kiosk system by December 2014.
