Ohio city installs utility bill payment kiosk

Residents of Elyria, Ohio will soon be able to pay utility bills at a self-service kiosk inside City Hall, according to a Chronicle report. The machine will be available after regular business hours.

The cost for the kiosk was covered by Cares Act funds.
