Ohio bars see boost in sports betting kiosk use as Super Bowl nears

Bars in Toledo, Ohio that have installed sports betting kiosks are experiencing an uptick in kiosk use as Super Bowl LVII on Sunday approaches, according to a wtol.com report.

Brian Miller, general manager at Nick & Jimmy's in Toledo, said mobile betting has already made many patrons aware of how to use the sports betting kiosk.

Miller said employees have been trained on how to use the kiosk and are required to ID everyone who uses it.

The Ohio Casino Control Commission granted conditional approval of 300 sports betting kiosks in retail establishments, restaurants and bars.
