HACKENSACK, N.J. - ObjectSoft Corp., a provider of video entertainment kiosks, announced that its stock has been delisted from the Nasdaq SmallCap Market because the company failed to maintain a minimum bid price.
In February, the company had asked for a hearing to prevent the action, which came after the company's stock fell from more than $8 per share in March 2000 to less than 10 cents per share last month. To remain on the market, companies must maintain a value of $1 per share.
The 11-year-old manufacturer of "FastTake" kiosks announced a development deal with an unnamed computer manufacturer in February. That deal was to have financed kiosk installations at malls throughout the U.S.
