MINNEAPOLIS -- Northwest Airlines (Nasdaq: NWAC) is urging summer travelers at Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport (MSP) to save time by using self-service check-in kiosks. Northwest has added five kiosks to help with the busy summer season, according to a company release.
Northwest now has 75 E-Service Centers at MSP, 43 of which offer boarding passes, and 32 that let customers get their boarding passes and check their luggage.
One out of three of Northwest's domestic e-ticket customers use either the E-Service Centers or the company's online check-in service, according to the release. The company operates E-Service Centers at 70 airports nationwide.
