MINNEAPOLIS -- Northwest Airlines (Nasdaq: NWAC) is adding self-service check-in kiosks at 102 airports in the United States and Canada.
Many of the E-Service Centers will be installed by the end of the year, according to a company news release. By 2003, Northwest travelers will have the self-service option at 144 North American airports.
More than one out of every three Northwest customers uses either the self-service kiosks or the airline's online check-in service, said Al Lenza, vice president of distribution and e-commerce.
Kinetics Inc. produces the E-Service Center kiosks and software, according to the release.
