A pair of casinos operated by the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians will deploy International Game Technology's self-serve PlaySports betting kiosks, according to a press release. Grand Treasure Casino in Trenton, North Dakota, and Sky Dancer Casino and Resort in Belcourt, North Dakota, will both leverage IGT's PlaySports platform, self-service kiosks and trading services, extending IGT's footprint to North Dakota.
"The addition of sports betting will expand our casino entertainment and offer our loyal patrons and sports fans alike new ways to play," Jamie Azure, chairman of Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians, said in the press release.
North Dakota will become the 15th state where IGT powers sports wagering, joining Nevada, Illinois, Colorado, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Arkansas, Oregon, Indiana, Iowa, West Virginia, Mississippi and Rhode Island.
