North Carolina skating rinks install Semnox kiosks

Kate's Skating Rinks, a North Carolina-based skating and entertainment center, has partnered with Semnox Solutions to install self-service kiosks in their facilities, according to a RePlay Magazine report.
Kate's is a family-owned and operated business and hopes the kiosks will enhance operational efficiency and customer experience in all of their facilities.
"I feel that there's more growth opportunity with the Semnox platform because of just how willing they have been to work with us on development, whether it's programming things or creating the platforms," Billy Thompson, owner of Kate's Skating Rinks, told the news outlet.
Semnox kiosks aim to streamline sales, ticketing, gameplay, café services and online party booking for Kate's.
