Non-profit to install health kiosk in Dallas

The non-profit Urban Inter-Tribal Center of Texas has teamed with medifriendRx, a health care technology provider, to install its first pharmacy kiosk in its Dallas location, according to a press release. The kiosk allows patients to pick up their medication without having to leave the clinic.

The 6-foot tall, 600-pound machine can store between 350-400 drugs. Patients can ask questions in real-time through a video monitor and a private phone attached to the kiosk.
