ePaynews.com: New Jersey Transit is to spend $12.2 million on 157 new self-service ticketing machines at its rail stations and bus terminals, and $5 million to upgrade 543 machines that are now in use. From early fall 2006, upgraded ticket machines will be installed at major stations such as Newark, Hoboken and New York, before rollout to other stations in the next five years.
