RALEIGH, N.C. - Financial services software provider Nexus Software Inc. announced the release of INvolve 3.1 Branch Edition software on Sept. 9, saying the middleware system allows financial institutions to operate multiple customer channels through one delivery platform.
Nexus officials say INvolve differs from most financial software platforms because it can connect a variety of devices, including ATMs, electronic kiosks, and the Internet, into a single delivery channel.
"Cross-channel solutions built on INvolve middleware, because they are based on a single architecture, significantly reduce costs and speed up the development and deployment process," Robert Usner, Nexus director of product planning and marketing, said in a news release.
INvolve 3.1 Branch Edition is compatible with other Nexus platforms, including Self Service Edition and the soon-to-be-released Kiosk and Server editions.
