New York tests kiosks for commuter info

New York Post: The state is testing a series of computerized information kiosks in Brooklyn that update commuters on everything from mass transit to carpooling. The kiosks have metal-front computer workstations that feature keyboards and dual touchscreens. Users get links to maps, schedules and train-service notices - even a developing carpool network.
