NEW YORK - Action Digital, Inc. manufacturer of The Video Chameleon, a stand-alone interactive video player, announced a new line of integrated display products at the annual POP Show in New York on Dec. 8.
The Video Chameleon View display line features two new LCD touch screen models. The displays, similar in size and shape to a desktop LCD PC monitor, have an interactive Video Chameleon video player nestled inside, according to a news release.
The Video Chameleon View Displays are designed for the point of reach, point of purchase and point of information markets where the power of interactive, low-cost, DVD-quality video enhances the customer experience and increases sales.
"A number of our customers have been asking for touchscreen displays with the Video Chameleon already built in," states Bernie Mitchell, director of marketing for Action Digital. "Usually, this means finding an integrator familiar with touchscreens, LCD and Video Chameleon technology and then creating a one-off custom display. With today's introduction of the Video Chameleon View displays we have provided an easy, low cost solution."
The new Video Chameleon View Displays are available in a variety of screen sizes including from 10 to 17 inches. All displays function as stand-alone units and can be networked via Ethernet or wireless connectivity, allowing for remote updates.
