New touch monitors from Elo

FREMONT, Calif. - Elo TouchSystems Inc. has introduced a new line of LCD touch monitors with an emphasis on entry-level applications.

The 1224L and 1524L models are part of the company's 1000 series touch monitor line. The 1224L is a 12-inch model and the 1524L is 15 inches. The models are available with or without Elo's five-wire resistive touch technology.

The new models are aimed at the hospitality and retail point-of-sale markets, according to company officials. The systems were created to provide economic, reliable touch monitors for those sectors. Pricing is available through the company.
