New Jersey transit station to get solar-powered parking kiosks

NJ Transit riders in Maplewood Township, New Jersey, will soon pay to park in the transit station garage using solar-powered parking kiosks, according to the Maplewood Patch. Parking fees will not increase.

Park-and-ride customers will enter their license plate number into one of the kiosks, which will accept debit and credit cards and coins, but not paper bills.
