New Jersey announces $60M plan for EVs, charging stations

New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy announced a $60 million plan to increase the number of electric vehicles and EV charging stations, according to an app.com report.

The plan includes $4 million for multi-family and mixed use to install charging stations in off-street parking areas.

The state reduced its incentives to purchasers and lessors of EVs from $5,000 to $4,000 to provide more incentives for EVs in the state.
