Nevada betting service acquires racing kiosk provider to expand kiosk network

Roberts Communications Network LLC, a Henderson, Nevada-based communications services provider to the pari-mutuel betting industry, has acquired OGN Racing LLC and OGN Racing–Canada ULC, expanding the network's racing information kiosk business, according to a Thoroughbred Daily News report.

OGN Racing has more than 100 program-printing kiosks across the U.S. and Canada, which RCN will replace with its newly designed kiosk.

RCN will also make the digital display of all information available for consumers to view on tablets, smartphones and PCs.
