NetShift launches new version of software package

NEWBURY, England - Saying it would push public access network solutions to new heights, NetShift Software Ltd. has released the latest version of its NetShift software management platform for standalone and network configurations.

According to NetShift, version 5.5 is designed to improve performance, reliability, and resilience, and make it easier for systems integrators to mesh their systems with NetShift Payment, the company's payment component system. Other new features of version 5.5 include additional support for plug-ins and fine-grained control of systems operations environments.

To go along with the launch of version 5.5, NetShift is offering training and support. Deployers that already utilize NetShift software can upgrade to version 5.5 and receive training courses.

NetShift products are used in more than 70 countries, and the company's clientele list includes IBM Corp., Macy's, Merrill Lynch, Charles Schwab, Marriott Hotels, and Cable & Wireless.
