NetNearU launches wire-free partnership with Boingo

SANTA MONICA, Calif., and COLLEGE STATION, Texas -- Seeking to create an international high-speed wireless Internet network, Boingo Wireless Inc. on July 23 announced that it has joined forces with kiosk software developer NetNearU Corp. to provide wireless network solutions.

Based in Santa Monica, Calif., Boingo is aimed at business travelers by providing wireless broadband Internet connections at hotels, airports, and other public locations.

NetNearU is providing a wireless software solution that allows prospective customers to immediately join the Boingo Wi-Fi network.

The wireless solution starts at $595 and includes NetNearU's routing access point and TRACKO management solutions.
