BRANFORD, Conn. - Kiosk software provider Netkey Inc. completed a $9.5 million second round of funding, and vowed to use the money to launch a global sales and marketing campaign and expand its line of software products for kiosk applications.
Four groups contributed to the funding round, led by New York-based Hudson Ventures Partners. Others involved were Zero Stage Capital of Cambridge, Mass., Fleet Development Ventures of Boston, and Connecticut Innovations of Rocky Hill, Conn.
Along with the funding, Netkey announced an expansion of its board of directors to include Glen S. Lewy of Hudson Ventures and Jennifer S. Schmelter of Fleet Development Ventures.
