BRANFORD, Conn. - Netkey Inc. has partnered with technology provider Open Solutions Inc. to package a product for community banks and credit unions that will help customers conduct banking business using self-service kiosks.
According to a Netkey release, the two companies have created a solution for banks that goes beyond current ATM capabilities by migrating teller-based transactions online; providing Web-based services through branch offices and offering additional products and services.
Among the services available through the kiosks are reordering checks, stop payment requests, funds transfers and balance checks.
