Netkey and KIS partner to target retail industry

BROOMFIELD, Colo., and BRANFORD, Conn. - Netkey Inc., a provider of software for Internet kiosks, and Kiosk Information Systems Inc. (KIS), a kiosk service, design and manufacturing company, have formed a joint marketing partnership to offer kiosk solutions for the retail, tourism and financial services industries.

Under the agreement, the companies will create joint marketing programs to reach target markets, and Netkey will become a reseller of KIS kiosk products.

According to a Netkey news release, the partnership offers customers state-of-the-art KIS kiosks and a variety of integrated components, powered by Netkey's patented kiosk application design and network management software platform. According to the companies, the combination of Netkey software and KIS's standard kiosks results in a significant reduction in development and deployment time for kiosk projects, increasing the return on investment and lowering the total cost of ownership for customers.
