A recent NCR Corp. study found that customers want converged retailing and e-tailing, and that they wish to shop with multiple social media, whether online, over their mobile or at an in-store kiosk. NCR says the answer is to provide shoppers with personalized offers and information, based on analysis on the shopper's previous shopping history.
