NCR CEO Michael Hayford to retire

NCR Corp. announced that Michael Hayford will retire from his role of CEO following the separation of NCR into Atleos, focused on ATMs, and Voyix, focused on digital commerce, according to a press release.

"My goal was to focus on customer satisfaction and engaged employees to fuel NCR's success," Hayford said in the release. "With the help of every employee around the world, we accomplished that. I leave Atleos and Voyix confident in their futures, their new leadership and the dedication of their employees to build on a strong foundation."

Tim Oliver will serve as CEO of NCR Atleos and David Wilkinson will serve as CEO of NCR Voyix.
