NBG signs contract for leasing kiosks

PORTLAND, Ore. -- NBG Solutions Inc. is under contract Equity Residential Properties Trust (EQR) (NYSE: EQR) to provide Virtual Leasing Kiosks in ERP apartment complexes.

Seven units have been installed at La Mirage Apartment Homes in San Diego, Calif., with more installations planned at other sites. The Virtual Leasing Kiosk is designed to provide prospects and residents with information regarding the apartment complex and the surrounding area.

NBG is providing and developing custom software solutions, equipment, hardware and the kiosk enclosure. The one-year contract was signed in August 2000.

La Mirage Apartment Homes is considered one of ERP's "crown jewel" complexes, with over 1,000 units, a recent multi-million dollar renovation and 340 new units under construction. The addition of the Virtual Leasing Kiosk allows prospective residents to view virtual 3D animated apartment tours, check availability and pricing of specific floor plans, and receive exclusive offers from ERP partners, including Ryder, Globe Furniture, and Public Storage.

Current La Mirage residents can access local area information and services, including voter registration, California vehicle registration and information about local schools and sports.

ERP has more than 1,000 properties in 35 states.
