Nayax Ltd., a global commerce enablement, payments and loyalty platform designed to help merchants scale their business, has named Moshe Shmaryahu as chief information officer.

Shmaryaho previously served for 11 years as chief operating officer and senior director of operations and infrastructure at the Union Bank of Israel.
