Nayax launches EV CloudPay to streamline EV charging payments

Nayax Ltd. has launched EV CloudPay, a cloud-based payment system designed to simplify electric vehicle charging for drivers.
EV CloudPay eliminates the need for multiple mobile apps at charging stations by offering a centralized payment kiosk accepting credit cards, debit cards and mobile wallets, according to a press releaes. The single kiosk can manage payments for multiple chargers, improving the experience for both charging station operators and customers.
"The current system is cumbersome for everyone," Yair Nechmad, Nayax CEO, said in the release. "EV CloudPay provides a faster, more convenient way to pay, which is critical for widespread EV adoption."
EV CloudPay utilizes Open Charge Point Interface for easy integration with existing charging station management systems. The solution comes from Nayax Energy, the company's energy and mobility division, which offers a variety of EV charging solutions.
