Central Ozarks Medical Centers in Richland, Missouri has teamed with a nonprofit, Lane Change, and the Lebanon, Missouri police department to provide Narcan vending machines, according to a kttn.com report. Narcan reverses the effects of an opioid overdose.

The machines dispense free Narcan kits and have been installed in the Lebanon police department and at the Hub Community Center in Lake Ozark.

Machines are also planned for the Pulaski County health department in Crocker and the Mid-County fire district headquarters in Camdenton.

Each Narcan kit has two single doses and instructions for use.
