LINCOLN, Neb. - Nanonation, provider of customer experience software for kiosks and digital signage, has moved to new facilities at the Cornhusker Plaza in Lincoln, Neb. The move doubles Nanonation's production, testing, and sales facilities. The new facilities include an improved testing lab for usability research and R&D software development, as well as a dedicated server center that complements Nanonation's existing hosting center in Omaha.
The doubling of facilities has been accompanied by an increase in staff as well. In the last six months, Nanonation has hired additional developers, project managers, and business analysts, increasing its staff nearly 20 percent. The additional hiring was due to an increase in sales growth and client development efforts.
The new facilities in downtown Lincoln will enable Nanonation to continue its work with local partner programs in creating a center of excellence for digital media. Currently, Nanonation works with a variety of programs ranging from the J.D. Edward's Honors, Computer Science and Engineering programs, and RFID Lab at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln to NET Television's HD production facilities. The new facilities will also enable Nanonation to grow its market opportunities with existing partners serving new markets in Australia and New Zealand and the financial services market in the United States.
Bradley Walker, president and chief executive officer, said of the expansion, "We're proud to be blazing new trails in the world of interactive marketing. Our expansion is just another step in being able to offer better service to our clients and more solutions for their customers."
