Name change for GameCom/Ferris

ARLINGTON, Texas -- In a move to reflect the company's overall direction, GameCom/Ferris Inc.'s (OTCBB:GAMZ) board of directors has approved a corporate name change to VirTra Systems Inc.

Bob Ferris, GameCom/Ferris president, said the name change reflects the company's "broader perspective" since GameCom and Ferris merged last September. He said the company anticipates growth in its current divisions, including amusement and entertainment, and the training-simulation market, which GameCom/Ferris recently entered.

Company officials said VirTra would complete the paperwork necessary to change the company's name and new NASDAQ ticker symbol as quickly as possible.
