COSTA MESA, Calif. -- Tickets.com, a global live events ticketing solutions provider has signed a seven year ticketing services agreement with Chicago's Field Museum.
Tickets.com will supply both online and on-site ticketing capabilities to support all aspects of the museum's ticket sales, according to a news release.
"The Field Museum joins several of the nation's most reputable museums as a Tickets.com client, and we are pleased to offer our comprehensive set of ticketing services to this famed institution," said Carl Thomas, executive vice president of sales and marketing for Tickets.com, in the release.
"Through this partnership, The Field Museum can provide better service to their patrons with both online and offline options for purchasing tickets."
Tickets.com's private label Web pages seamlessly incorporate the museum's brand and allow the museum to control their patrons' purchase experience from start to finish.
