March 18, 2002

POINT ROBERTS, Wash. - Budgethotels Network Inc. (OTCBB: BUDH:) has hired Murdock Capital Partners Corp. to help the company raise capital.

According to a news release, Murdock, a ten-year-old financial consulting and merchant banking firm based in New York, will try to raise at least $250,000. Budgethotels needs the cash to install more internet kiosks, add information boards at some Amtrak and Greyhound terminals, and create an advertising awareness program for its internet reservations site, Budgethotels.com.

BudgetHotels runs a Web-based reservations network, www.budgethotels.com. It also runs interactive kiosks and advertising display boards in railway and bus terminals. In June, customers could book reservations at about 3,000 hotels in three countries. The company seeks to expand its service to cover about 40,000 hotels in 185 countries.
