Moonrise Systems now Kiosk Logix

September 2, 2004

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. - Kiosk software publisher Moonrise Systems has changed its name to Kiosk Logix. The renaming reflects changes within the Wireless Logix group. The Wireless Logix Group comprises five companies including V link Solutions, V Link Hospitality Technologies, Kiosk Logix (formerly Moonrise Systems), Datascan Technologies and Yodel Enterprises.

Abbas Sadriwalla, chairman and CEO of Kiosk Logix, commented, "Since the time we acquired Moonrise Systems in 2001, we have developed its flagship product, Netstop PRO to incorporate many new features and capabilities that earlier versions did not have. We have also launched a bundle of ASP services around Netstop PRO to deliver cutting-edge kiosk management capabilities. The company's new name more closely reflects its product offerings and its position in the market."

Netstop Pro kiosk software is used for pay-to-surf applications and for information dissemination in human resources, and product and services marketing. Its inbuilt credit card and currency/coin-based transaction processing capabilities are a platform for bill payments, music and ring tone downloads and even prepaid card sales. Netstop PRO 4.0 boasts 17,123 active licenses spread across 61 countries. Product sales have grown more than 25 percent during the last 12 months.

Netstop is currently deployed by companies such as Intel, McDonald's, Anheuser Busch, Harley Davidson, MSNBC, Hilton and Princess Cruise Lines, among others.
