PORTSMOUTH, RI --In a company press release, MontegoNet announced that it has formalized an agreement with NES Group for the resale of its interactive kiosks to the banking industry. The deal will greatly expand MontegoNet's access to the financial industry, while enhancing NES Group's ability to respond to the changing needs of its banking customers.
"NES Group's experience and relationships within the banking industry makes them an ideal partner for MontegoNet. We expect this deal to open many new doors for us," said Charlie Miller, MontegoNet Director of Sales.
Many banks and credit unions have added interactive kiosks to their branches over the past few years, to improve customer service and product awareness. While ATMs handle customers' transaction needs, interactive kiosks provide customers with information about bank products & services, especially online banking options. Bank customers are particularly receptive to kiosks because they are already accustomed to the self-service experience that ATMs provide.
"Working with MontegoNet allows NES Group to leverage their expertise in developing turnkey kiosk systems, to the benefit of our customers," said Gregg Rosen, NES Group President.
