Montegonet, NetShift renew strategic relationship

October 9, 2002

COOPER CITY, Fla. -- MontegoNet and NetShift have renewed their strategic relationship, with MontegoNet gaining exclusive service rights in certain U.S. markets.

The companies have worked together more than six years, according to a NetShift news release. Under the new agreement, MontegoNet will act as NetShift's service and support center in the United States, particularly for hosted Enterprise Remote Management services.

NetShift has received considerable demand for its products since opening its U.S. offices in Cooper City, Fla., in March, said Bob Gallner, NetShift USA's vice president of sales.

As part of the relationship, the companies are working on a number of projects, including a major BP deployment to be formally announced in late October, according to the release.
