MontegoNet, Innovations Group partner for government kiosks

May 8, 2005

PORTSMOUTH, R.I. - MontegoNet announced in a news release that it has entered into a strategic partnership with Innovations Group Inc. to jointly develop kiosk solutions for government agencies. The partnership not only combines MontegoNet's extensive e-government kiosk experience with Innovations Group Inc.'s robust software maintenance, helpdesk and field support services, but also leverages both company's existing GSA contracts.

The partnership will capitalize on the increasing use of self-service kiosks by government agencies to provide information and transactional-based services to the public. Under the terms of the partnership, the two companies will open a new Washington D.C.-area office and kiosk showroom, to better serve the needs of both company's federal government clients and position the partnership as the premier government kiosk solutions provider.

"We're very excited to establish a full-time presence in the nation's capital, especially with Innovations Group Inc. as a partner," said Thomas Smith, MontegoNet president. "This partnership will benefit both companies, but with our combined strengths in self-service technology and ongoing support, the real winners will be our government clients."

"Through this agreement, MontegoNet and Innovations Group Inc. will provide a complete suite of kiosk products and services to meet the burgeoning demands for this growing industry," said Omar Dajani, Innovations Group Inc. president and chief executive officer.
