Global money transfer company MoneyGram announced that consumers in Ukraine can now utilize the company's kiosks and ATM 24 hours a day to send and receive funds.
The company inked an agreement with Ukraine-based bank Privatbank establishing that customers can use the bank's more than 7,500 ATMs and 12,500 self-service kiosks to access MoneyGram services. The machines will offer currency in U.S. dollars or Euros.
"Our agreement with Privatbank demonstrates MoneyGram's commitment to providing fast and more convenient services to our customers," Yevgeny Butyugin, MoneyGram's senior regional director for Russia, CIS, Israel and the Baltic countries said in the announcement. "By collaborating with a prominent financial institution like Privatbank, which provides services to nearly 18 million customers and Ukrainian families, we are providing access for MoneyGram customers to transfer or pick up funds at any time."
