Mississippi town approves 24/7 utility bill kiosk

Lawmakers in Oxford, Mississippi approved plans for a kiosk that will allow residents to pay utility bills 24/7 using cash, credit cards and checks, according to an Oxford Eagle report.

Rob Neely, general manager of Oxford Utilities, said the kiosk will cost the utility $29,824. He said the kiosk should be up and running in three to six months.
