Miso Robotics names CTO, expands advisory board

Miso Robotics, a provider of automation for the foodservice industry, has named Christopher Kruger as its chief technology officer and announced an expanded board of advisors, according to a press release.

Kruger joins Miso Robotics from iRobot, where he led the team that developed a large-scale cloud-based robotics simulation platform for Roombas and other home robots that improved software quality and speed.

The expanded board of advisers includes:

• William Mitchell, president, Hut American, Flynn Restaurant Group.
• John Inwright, former president and chief executive officer, Wendy's Quality Supply Chain Cooperative Inc.
• Jane Gannaway, principal, JPG Consulting LLC.
