Mircom launches next-generation access control platform for modern buildings

Mircom Group of Companies has introduced an integrated access control platform designed for residential and mixed-use buildings, combining advanced hardware with cloud-based intelligence to enhance property security and communication, according to a press release.
The system features a 10-inch touchscreen interface and unifies mobility, identity management and intelligent building communication in one platform. It supports mobile and cloud-based management, video calls, remote door access and QR code generation for temporary entry.
"The future of property security lies in openness, scalability and interoperability," Jason Falbo, chief technology officer at Mircom, said in the release. "We have designed our next-generation solution to work effortlessly with the technologies people already rely on, while future-proofing for what comes next."
The new platform aims to serve residents, visitors, property managers and installers with a durable, intuitive and IP65-rated design that allows for quick installation and easy configuration.
