Milwaukee might expand parking kiosk program

Milwaukee Journal Sentinel: Milwaukee's Department of Public Works is proposing an expansion of the city's parking kiosk program, which it began testing last year. The kiosks allow credit or debit card payments for amounts of more than $1. During the test, 25 percent of revenue collected came from card payments.
