Beginning today, Dearborn, Michigan residents can pay city bills at a renovated vestibule at the Dearborn Administrative Center from 8 a.m. to midnight seven days a week, according to a Dearborn Patch report.
A pilot study indicated these hours best serve city residents.
The kiosk will eliminate the need to stand in line and potentially be exposed to the COVID-19 virus.
Using the DivDat kiosk also means avoiding standing in line with other customers at the Treasury counter while COVID-19 is still a health concern.
Residents can pay water and property tax bills at the DivDat kiosk using cash, card or check or card. A 3% fee applies to debit and credit card transactions.
