Meridian, a manufacturer of indoor and outdoor kiosks, interactive digital signage and self-service software, recently expanded its internal leadership team with three leaders across the organization in the sales, marketing and software departments, according to a press release.
Tim Dobson has joined the team as the director of sales. Dobson, an Elon graduate, brings sales and channel partner experience to his new role.
"As Meridian continues to expand our network of channel partners and resellers, Tim's wealth of knowledge and experience are essential to our success and growth as a company," Meridian CEO Chris Gilder said in the press release. "Dobson is joined by colleague Kathryn Galloway, a long-time Moore County resident, and Meridian's newest director of marketing. Kathryn has a tremendous background in design, website development, and brand management, We are excited to have her on our team as our sales and marketing efforts continue to grow."
The final of the latest additions to the Meridian team is Chief Technology Officer Sam Schroeder, who most recently served as a vice president of software engineering and hardware manufacturing in Columbia, South Carolina. The first to ever fill the CTO role at Meridian, Schroeder will oversee all of Meridian's software-related efforts, both in Aberdeen, North Carolina and Mississauga Ontario, Canada.
"As we've expanded our product line, software development efforts, and network of channel partners, the need for strategic leadership throughout the organization has continued to grow", said Gilder. "We are thrilled to welcome such a diverse, experienced group of leaders to our organization and are looking forward to the continued growth ahead."
