MercyHurst launches kiosk recycling (video)

Mercyhurst College is the first organization in the Erie, Penn., area to offer the Dream Machine recycling program, according to goerie.com.

The kiosks, designed by Greenopolis, rewards users for recycling via discounts on entertainment, dining and travel. Last year, Pepsico partnered with Waste Management to begin deploying the kiosks throughout the country.

So far, the Dream Machine has introduced nearly 2,600 recycling kiosks in 30 states.
