EAU CLAIRE, Wis. -- Menards, the nation's third-largest home-improvement retailer, will use self-serve applications from Netkey to drive sales and enhance its customer experience.
Menards, which has more than 160 stores nationwide, selected Netkey to improve the performance and reliability of its in-store computer applications. The Netkey software suite provides Menards with a scalable and flexible software platform for the extended delivery of retail applications and rich-media content to the in-store environment.
"Menards will ensure that its customers will have access to an easy-to-use system that empowers them to get the information they need, when they need it, and be able to purchase the products and materials required to get the job done right," said Netkey CEO Alex Richardson.
