ME Group International to acquire Fujifilm’s photobooth business for $7B

ME Group International PLC, a U.K. based manufacturer and operator of self-service equipment, has agreed to acquire Fujifilm Corp.'s automated photobooth business for approximately £5.5 million ($7 billion), according to a press release.

ME Group expects to fund the transaction by means of a local loan facility. Should this not be available, the company will fund the transaction from its existing cash resources.

The transaction is expected to complete by the end of September.
