ME Group acquires VIP Box

ME Group, a London based provider of vending machines, photo booths, printing kiosks and equipment services, has acquired Vip Box, a Grenoble, France based provider of selfie stations, for an undisclosed sum, according to a press release.

Through this acquisition, ME Group intends to extend its leadership in the photobooth and printing kiosk markets across the event sector internationally.

ME Group will group Vip Box with its KIS Event catalogue under a newly formed unit, ME Group Events.

"Joining ME Group, and its iconic brands such as Photomaton and Photo Me will allow us to accelerate our development and strengthen our logistics and after-sales service capabilities internationally," Guillaume Serfaty, founder and CEO Vip Box, said in the press release.
