Massachusetts town installs outdoor information kiosk

The city of Greenfield, Massachusetts has installed a self-serve kiosk in front of the city hall offering a business directory and community information for residents and visitors, according to a WWLP report.

The Economic Development Council of Western Massachusetts provided a $47,500 grant, supplemented by funds from a MassDOT Shared Streets grant, to fund the kiosk.

The kiosk integrates with a visitor website launched in 2022.
